BHI is an initiative in formation. This page separates current facts from proposed safeguards and future disclosures.
Better Health Institute is not yet incorporated and is not yet recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization. No EIN, IRS determination letter, verified board roster, officers, or public financial statements are available today. This page will be updated only when each item is verified.
The educational site and browser-based tool prototypes are available. Donation collection, practitioner intake, verified listings, clinical-review claims, newsletters, analytics advertising, and individualized support are inactive.
BHI intends to keep topic selection, conclusions, practitioner inclusion, and any future medical-review decisions independent from commercial interests. No sponsorship or referral arrangement is active. Read the proposed editorial standard.
A curated nationwide directory of licensed clinicians and separately identified wellness practitioners is a future phase. No practitioner has been listed or endorsed, and no clinical matching, referral fee, paid placement, or paid ranking is operating.
BHI is being developed separately from GoodTracker, Medical Wellness Direct, and the founder’s other businesses. Any future relationship would require documented disclosure, disinterested review, recusal, minutes, and fair-market support before it could proceed.
There are no public BHI financial reports yet. After formation and operations begin, BHI plans to publish appropriate program and financial information after review.
