Better Health Institute, Inc. is a North Carolina nonprofit corporation developing public education, research communication, and practical tools for people navigating chronic and complex illness.
Our mission
Better Health Institute helps people understand and navigate chronic and complex health challenges through accessible education, evidence-informed resources, research communication, and free health-tracking tools.
Who we serve
We are designing resources for patients, caregivers, and families dealing with persistent, overlapping, or unexplained symptoms. The work is intended to support preparation and communication with qualified clinicians; it does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide care.
What exists today
The public site contains educational resources and browser-based tool prototypes. Better Health Institute, Inc. was incorporated in North Carolina on September 10, 2026 and has an EIN. The IRS recognized it as a section 501(c)(3) public charity under section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi), effective September 10, 2026, in a determination letter dated October 5, 2026. It does not currently operate a clinical service, active practitioner directory, or fundraising program.
