A browser-based symptom log and a visit preparation worksheet help people organize observations, medicines, timelines, and questions. Entries stay in page memory and can be copied or printed before leaving.

Educational guidance for choosing a reasonable starting point, preparing records, and understanding practitioner credentials and scope. A curated nationwide directory of licensed clinicians and separately identified wellness practitioners is a future phase, subject to verification and governance.
