For practitioners

A curated process, built before intake opens.

BHI is developing a nationwide directory of licensed clinicians and separately identified wellness practitioners. We are not accepting applications or publishing listings yet.

1. Establish accountable operations

Before intake opens, BHI must identify its legal entity and qualified reviewers, approve its standards, activate a monitored contact route, and adopt privacy and concern-handling procedures.

2. Assemble a verifiable record

Future review will require your practice name and public website, public contact details, service locations, telehealth jurisdictions, scope, visit formats, and relevant credentials. Licensed clinicians will need current license and board records. Wellness practitioners will need training evidence and a clear distinction between their services and licensed medical care.

3. Review evidence and disclosures

A qualified reviewer will check primary credential sources, restrictions and disciplinary information, public claims, scope, and financial conflicts. The process will include confirmation of the information approved for publication.

4. Maintain the listing

Listings will need review at least every six months and sooner for changes or concerns. Overdue, expired, suspended, or unapproved records will not appear. Inclusion will not guarantee outcomes or ranking.

There is nothing to submit today.

We will publish a working contact and intake process when operations are ready. Please do not send patient records or private credential documents through unrelated channels.
