Care resources
Prepare for a more useful care conversation.
You do not need a settled diagnosis to organize your questions. Start with practical preparation and learn how to check a practitioner’s qualifications.
Before your next appointment
- Choose your priorities. Write down the two or three concerns that most affect daily life, when they began, and what has changed.
- Bring your records together. Include medicines and supplements, prior test results, diagnoses, and treatments you have tried.
- Ask about the next step. Discuss what needs evaluating, who will coordinate referrals, and how you will receive results or follow up.
Planned nationwide directory
Find support with clearer qualifications.
Listings will distinguish licensed clinical care from wellness services. Inclusion will not constitute medical advice, endorsement, or a guarantee of results.
The practitioner directory is in development.
No listings have been published. Our aim is nationwide coverage, with licensed clinicians and wellness practitioners clearly separated. Until review and reporting operations are ready, use the preparation resources above.
