BHI is preparing a privacy program for a public education site. This notice describes the current prototype behavior and the work required before any new collection begins.
The current symptom log and visit preparation worksheet run in the browser and do not submit entries to BHI. Entries are held in page memory, not saved to an account, and are lost on refresh or navigation. Copying sends your chosen notes to your device clipboard; printing uses your browser and printer. Do not enter names, medical-record numbers, or other identifying medical information.
The planned hello@betterhealthinstitute.org mailbox is inactive. BHI is not currently inviting questions, applications, newsletter signups, donations, or health-related submissions through this site.
Before collecting contact or health-related information, BHI plans to publish the purpose, retention period, service providers, security controls, and available choices, with appropriate review for the actual service.
This implementation does not add advertising pixels or analytics events. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses, browser information, and requested pages to deliver and secure the site. Any later measurement must avoid sending sensitive health details in URLs, event names, or custom parameters and must be reviewed before activation.
BHI is being developed separately from the founder’s businesses. No data integration or shared customer system is part of the current site.
